I have always hated November, but this November has taken the trophy for Worst November Ever. Still, there [were] still faint glimmers of civilization left in this barbaric slaughterhouse that was once known as humanity*.

An early morning walk through the deserted city centre, after a night of little to no sleep.

Portraits with Minou featuring the five minutes of sunshine we enjoyed that day.

My new hoya kerrii. I have been hunting for a hoya kerrii for a while now but they are always either too expensive, or single leaf plants that won’t vine. I struck lucky with this one on eBay because the seller had misspelt the plant name, and was offering them for an affordable £11. I ordered the two leaf baby plant, but he sent me a four leaf plant, either by mistake or because business was slow. I’m not sure which, but I’m not complaining.

Smiling because I’m laughing at Ed crouched down in the most unflattering position, potentially showing a bit of builder’s bum to the bowling green behind him. Not that there was anyone around because a) lockdown and b) grey day in November.

Mulled wine tea

Messing around with close focus.
